What you will do

• Build Python backend applications that replicate established SaaS platforms.
• Develop REST APIs, microservices, integrations, connectors, and complete backend workflows.
• Test backend systems and validate that integrations accurately reproduce the behavior of emulated platforms.
• Analyze workflows and datasets to create realistic long-horizon tasks for autonomous AI agents.
• Conduct structured QA and write evaluation rubrics covering correct, partially correct, and insufficient outcomes.
• Use Claude Code and other AI coding agents throughout development, testing, and validation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Proven experience building backend applications, REST APIs, or microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, software delivery pipelines, testing, and code-quality practices.
• Strong practical proficiency with Claude or Claude Code and daily use of AI coding assistants.
• Professional written and spoken English required.
