Location: Remote from Sweden
Salary: $45–$80 per hour, estimated at approximately $7,200–$12,800 per month based on 160 hours.

What you will do
- Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, migrations, and testing.
- Write clear specifications and complete reference implementations.
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
- Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and production realism.
- Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.
- Align specifications, code, tests, and expected outputs.
Requirements
- Advanced professional written English proficiency
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
- Production experience with backend or full-stack development.
- Experience with testing frameworks, large codebases, code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
