What you will do

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixes, feature development, refactoring, migrations, and testing.
• Write clear specifications and complete reference implementations.
• Develop and extend unit and integration test suites.
• Review peer-generated tasks for correctness, clarity, and production realism.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes.
• Align specifications, code, tests, and expected outputs.

Requirements

• Advanced professional written English proficiency
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
• Production experience with backend or full-stack development.
• Experience with testing frameworks, large codebases, code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations.
