Community Manager

Location: Must be based in, or open to relocating to, the UAE

What you will do

• Own and manage online community across multiple platforms driving engagement
• Build systems to foster user connection and active participation
• Lead content ideation and execution featuring users
• Launch community-driven activations supporting product and brand campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate community insights into product feedback
• Define and track community KPIs and run light content production workflows

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in, or open to relocating to, the UAE
• High integrity and team-first mentality
• Ability to create order from ambiguity and solve complex problems
• Initiative, tenacity, and strong work ethic
• Growth mindset and ownership in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience building community programs influencing product or business growth
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Experience managing communities on Instagram and WhatsApp
• On-camera confidence and content co-creation skills
• Experience organizing in-person gatherings and light production
