ALDI Field Trainer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Philippines, with openings for Cebu- and Davao-based trainers; extensive travel and daily field visits are required.

What you will do

• Facilitate field-based onboarding, immersion, coaching, and operational training for sales and territory teams.
• Observe merchant visits and provide real-time feedback on communication, sales execution, negotiation, and application usage.
• Train Merchant Partner staff on hirify.global loan applications and build relationships with partner representatives.
• Conduct Field Readiness Checks and support certifications, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Prepare training materials, maintain coaching and certification records, and report on onboarding progress.
• Contribute to pilot programs, process improvements, and the development of field coaching methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in field sales training, territory management, sales operations, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience facilitating onboarding, field coaching, merchant training, or operational training programs.
• Ability to use mobile applications, operational systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel extensively, conduct daily field visits, work in urban and rural environments, and perform frequent movement and prolonged field activities.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, retail, FMCG, field sales, merchant networks, or channel sales.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, AML, KYC, or regulated sales environments.
• Experience with onboarding and certification programs, learning management systems, training reporting, or analytics.
