Producer (Game Development)

What you will do

• Manage game outsourcing projects across LiveOps, porting, and full-cycle development from concept through delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact and maintain clear communication, scope, and expectations.
• Coordinate art, design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver milestones on time and within scope.
• Maintain schedules, task tracking, documentation, estimates, proposals, and production plans.
• Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and ensure high-quality assets, builds, and services.
• Support a collaborative production environment aligned with creativity, clarity, and strong communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in the game industry.
• Understanding of game development processes, preferably in mobile and/or web games.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, with the ability to work remotely from Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience in outsourcing or co-development studios.
• AAA game development experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Passion for games and interest in new technologies and industry trends.
