Finance Business Partner

TL;DR

Finance Business Partner (FP&A): Supporting strategic business decisions through financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and detailed cost and performance analysis with an accent on unit economics, profitability, and cross-functional planning. Focus on evaluating investments and business cases, improving reporting frameworks, and translating financial data into actionable recommendations for sustainable growth.

Location: Hybrid in Kazakhstan or Armenia; relocation to Manila, Philippines is required.

What you will do

• Build and enhance financial models for business planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Sales, and other business units on budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyze costs, unit economics, profitability, and performance across products and segments.
• Deliver management reporting, including budget and forecast variance analysis, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate financial planning cycles and evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to strengthen decision support.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Russian and English speaker.
• Strong commercial judgment, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, technology, startups, or other fast-paced data-driven environments.
• Background in Big Four audit or corporate finance.
• Experience with Tableau, Databricks, or basic SQL.
