What you will do

• Plan and forecast cash flows, maintain payment schedules, and prepare internal Cash Flow reports for Group companies in the Western European region.
• Compile payment registers, submit payment requests, and monitor timely payments to suppliers and contractors.
• Manage banking transactions, including currency-control documentation and communication with banks.
• Plan budgets, oversee outsourced accounting services, and manage financial document workflows between Group companies.
• Conduct supplier reconciliations, monitor accounts receivable, and support audits and tax inspections.
• Prepare periodic, ad-hoc, and analytical financial reports and collaborate with departments on operational issues.

Requirements

• Higher education in economics, accounting and audit, enterprise economics, or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a medium-sized or large business.
• Advanced skills in 1C:Enterprise 8 and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
• Understanding of foreign economic activity processes and ability to manage large volumes of information.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, reliability, systematic thinking, and strong collaboration skills.
