Emerging Creator Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote; NYC

Compensation: $58–$81 per hour

What you will do

• Build a week-by-week curriculum covering sessions, Suno tools, contests, and creator programming.
• Recruit, brief, and coordinate guest speakers, mentors, creator partners, and program vendors.
• Set up and manage the program’s community channels, calendar, applications, tracking systems, and selection logistics.
• Run the 12-week cohort end to end, including onboarding, biweekly sessions, contests, creator spotlights, community management, and potential in-person events.
• Track attendance, participation, contest engagement, and member sentiment while identifying risks early.
• Lead graduation, alumni transition, and the retrospective playbook for the next cohort.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running cohort-based programs, creator or community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series.
• Credible understanding of how nano and micro creators approach growth, money, brands, and community.
• Strong operational skills across calendars, run-of-shows, trackers, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Experience designing welcoming member experiences and building community belonging.
• Ability to work autonomously, create structure from ambiguity, and communicate reliably.
• Availability to build the program through August and September and operate it through December.

Nice to have

• Experience producing in-person events.
• Familiarity with Suno or AI creative tools.
• Existing relationships with breakout creators or creator communities.
• Experience with creator programs, MCNs, talent management, or platform partnerships.
