What you will do
- Lead internal HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
- Ensure HR policies comply with Hong Kong and mainland China employment laws, regulations, and cultural norms.
- Manage labor relations, resolve disputes, and address employee concerns.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across the regional offices.
- Partner with Finance on compensation frameworks, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
- Lead change management and communicate HR policies while strengthening the regional culture and values.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on the Hong Kong and Shenzhen markets.
- Deep knowledge of mainland China and Hong Kong employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience managing HR operations in multinational or high-growth technology companies.
- Experience developing talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with modern HR systems and tools and the ability to work in culturally diverse environments.
