Lead Mobile Developer (React Native)

Location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, or Uruguay. The position follows a Monday–Saturday schedule. Visa sponsorship and relocation support for a move to New York are available after two years of tenure.

Salary: $120,000–$180,000 per year, plus $40,000–$60,000 in equity.

What you will do

• Build and ship production features for iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript.
• Own mobile architecture from implementation through App Store and Google Play release.
• Manage the full Expo and EAS release pipeline, including provisioning and store submissions.
• Turn Figma designs into fast, polished components with smooth animations.
• Integrate mobile interfaces with APIs and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate in a fast-moving engineering environment with high ownership and frequent deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Android development experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Experience building smooth, high-performance mobile applications, including animations.
• Ability to work across the full release cycle, from IDE development to App Store and Google Play submission.
• Experience translating Figma designs into production code.
• Experience with unit testing and end-to-end QA.
• Ability to work remotely from Argentina, Brazil, or Uruguay and follow a Monday–Saturday schedule.
