Platform Product Manager (Buyer Stream)

What you will do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Buyer Stream within Setapp.
• Design and scale personalized app recommendation logic and context-aware recommendation capabilities.
• Define technical endpoints that enable internal sellers to trigger recommendations within their interfaces.
• Manage post-purchase capabilities including license entitlements, device management, balance tracking, and user accounts.
• Partner with Data, Engineering, and adjacent Product teams on event pipelines and user metadata.
• Conduct user research and data analysis, prioritize the backlog, write user stories, and support cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience with platform, technical, or data-heavy SaaS products.
• Familiarity with recommendation systems and data-driven personalization.
• Strong data literacy and hands-on experience with structured or raw data, event pipelines, and complex metrics.
• Understanding of entitlement, subscription lifecycle, billing logic, or token and credit consumption.
• Experience aligning Engineering, Data, and business stakeholders and translating insights into product requirements.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher and fluent Ukrainian required.

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS or desktop applications.
• Experience with marketplace or catalog products.
• Technical or data background in software engineering, system analysis, or data analytics.
