Branch Operations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Metro Manila, Philippines and Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Build and maintain a comprehensive Branch Operations Playbook with 40+ SOPs and policies aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Controls, Risk, HR, and L&D to ensure procedures are compliant and training-ready.
• Manage audit readiness and represent branch operations during regulatory examinations.
• Oversee operational readiness for new branch and hub launches with full documentation and training.
• Define and maintain service standards and quality assurance for branch operations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Metro Manila, Philippines or Kazakhstan.
• 8+ years in bank branch and cash operations in the Philippines, including branch or network launch experience.
• 3+ years owning operating standards such as SOPs and process documentation.
• Deep knowledge of BSP MORB and experience with BSP and PDIC examinations.
• Proven command of cash operations and banking regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to author documentation that passes audit and regulatory review.
