What you will do
- Work with warm and cold leads in the Croatian market.
- Win back former clients and develop new customer relationships.
- Reach clients by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Present the product and answer client questions.
- Use Salesforce CRM to record interactions, find leads, and analyze the sales funnel.
- Research customer needs, identify blockers, share feedback with the product team, and achieve individual sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Fluent Croatian required for client communication.
- Intermediate English or higher required for spoken and written communication with the team.
- CRM experience and strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including G Suite and AI tools.
- Remote work is available within Europe, Ukraine, or Croatia.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in HR-tech, job boards, or related fields.
