What you will do

• Work with warm and cold leads in the Croatian market.
• Win back former clients and build ongoing customer relationships.
• Contact prospects and clients by phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Present the hirify.global product and answer client questions.
• Track interactions in Salesforce, find leads in the existing database, and analyze the sales funnel.
• Research customer needs and blockers, share insights with the product team, and achieve individual sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent Croatian required for client communication.
• Intermediate English or higher required for spoken and written communication with the team.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
• Familiarity with G Suite and AI tools.

Nice to have

• B2B sales experience.
• Experience in HR-tech, job boards, or related fields.
