Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: €3,700–€4,200 gross per month

What you will do

• Manage and maintain core infrastructure, including servers and virtualization platforms.
• Work with hosting providers and AWS, GCP, and Azure infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot networks, firewalls, VPNs, routing, load balancers, DNS, CDNs, and Cloudflare.
• Maintain and test backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Automate infrastructure operations with Ansible, Terraform, scripting, and configuration management.
• Handle complex incidents, support mid-level administrators, and coordinate with security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, primarily with on-premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking and virtualization.
• Experience with web infrastructure components, CDNs, and DNS management.
• Good scripting skills and understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles.
• Ability to plan capacity independently and deliver infrastructure improvements.
• Good English communication skills are required for explaining, documenting, and aligning technical decisions.
