ISMS Coordinator (ISO 27001)

What you will do

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the ISMS.
• Maintain policies, SOPs, controls, risk registers, exception registers, and RACI matrices.
• Coordinate risk assessments, mitigation tracking, audits, and remediation actions.
• Support vendor risk management and security assessments.
• Track and report risks, compliance status, and ISMS performance using ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and GRC platforms.
• Promote security awareness and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in security or compliance roles.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 Annex A and NIS2 implementing measures.
• Experience drafting and reviewing SOPs, control descriptions, exception registers, and RACI matrices.
• Experience coordinating with security, governance, vendor management, HR, and legal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Purview; ServiceNow, especially CMDB and change management; and recognized GRC tools.
• Fluent English required.
