What you will do

• Support employee onboarding and continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings and guide employees through probation periods.
• Drive employee engagement through eNPS surveys and internal feedback initiatives.
• Organize team events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
• Manage internal communications, content planning, vendors, and project budgets.
• Prepare reports, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations to managers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, HRBP, or HR Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with employee onboarding and adaptation programs.
• Experience conducting 1:1 meetings, gathering feedback, and working with HR metrics.
• Strong organizational skills, including event and external vendor coordination.
• Experience with visual content tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above is a plus.
