People Experience and Development Specialist

What you will do

• Design and lead team-building, well-being, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize workshops, personal development tracks, and training programs.
• Own and continuously improve the employee onboarding process.
• Manage PX/L&D budgets, maintain HR policies, and prepare data-driven reports.
• Promote the company culture through internal and external employer-branding activities.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and evolving organizational needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in internal branding and engagement activities or experience in an event organization agency.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organization, and result-orientation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Strong interest in HR and employee-focused initiatives.
