Location: Remote within Latam

What you will do

• Shape the platform's infrastructure and developer experience.
• Translate business requirements and PRDs into technical specifications and engineering practices.
• Optimize infrastructure and maintain scalable, reliable platform solutions.
• Manage deployments and develop robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues quickly.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or a related infrastructure role.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Experience with infrastructure optimization, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and application diagnosis skills.
• Knowledge of strict security and data protection standards.
• Must be located in Latam.
