What you will do

• Manage and enable the Business Intelligence team by removing blockers, facilitating communication, and supporting continuous improvement.
• Set the team roadmap and direction, manage project delivery, and facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies.
• Lead the architectural design and ongoing evolution of the Business Intelligence platform.
• Prioritize the development backlog and assess prototypes and proofs of concept for feasibility.
• Translate stakeholder data requirements into operational business intelligence insights and communicate delivery status.
• Manage solution quality, usability testing, customer feedback, and alignment with business value.

Requirements

• Experience managing or leading a Business Intelligence team.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence platforms, solution architecture, and data-driven products.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum practices, backlog prioritization, and project management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical data and intelligence solutions.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews.
• Ability to balance delivery quality, velocity, usability, and business value.
