Business Analyst (w/BI)

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work twice a week in Porto; candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and investigate business and application-related issues.
• Monitor application production performance and assess operational results.
• Define business rules and organize comprehensive requirements documentation.
• Plan and perform testing to validate business and system behavior.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Proven experience with Power BI and other BI tools.
• Expertise in application production monitoring and performance analysis.
• Experience with business investigations, testing, business rules, and documentation.
• Fluent English at B2 level.
• Availability for hybrid work twice a week in Porto and eligibility to work in Portugal through Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
