AI Security Specialist (Microsoft Copilot)

What you will do

• Review Copilot deployments, identify AI-specific threats, and develop threat models and controlled red-team tests.
• Implement identity and access management, Conditional Access, Zero Trust principles, and operational security guardrails.
• Build monitoring capabilities, detect anomalies, and respond to Copilot-related security incidents.
• Resolve complex Copilot security, performance, and usage issues as 3rd-level support.
• Assess custom Copilot plugins and third-party integrations, including data flows, encryption, and protection mechanisms.
• Create documentation, training, escalation patterns, and support standards for Copilot support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in Microsoft 365 and Azure security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and threat modeling.
• Practical experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Relevant security certifications may substitute for formal education.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Applied Cryptography.
• Microsoft Security, Azure Security, CISSP, or AZ-500 certification.
