Brand Design Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define new product functions, mechanics, and experiences from a blank page.
• Translate AI and technical capabilities into meaningful features that improve users’ lives.
• Generate original concepts and maintain a high bar for distinctive product experiences.
• Build and test working prototypes quickly, iterating based on learning.
• Partner directly with product, engineering, and founders to bring concepts into the product.

Requirements

• Concept-first product designer with experience inventing product experiences rather than only executing specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to create original concepts that worked in practice.
• Strong understanding of what makes products distinctive, valuable, and memorable.
• Ability to turn technical capabilities into useful, human-centered product functions.
• Fast, hands-on, self-directed approach to prototyping and iteration.
• Comfort working from a blank page without established patterns or specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, conversational, or emotionally engaging products.
• Experience taking a product concept from inception to adoption.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across concepts, prototypes, and products.
• Ability to prototype with tools such as Figma, motion, code, paper, or Keynote.
• Experience using AI tools to explore ideas and accelerate work.
