What you will do

• Lead the quality control team and establish priorities aligned with business needs.
• Develop and enforce inspection plans, sampling plans, procedures, and quality control methods.
• Manage First Article Inspection documentation under AS9102 and oversee calibration, measurement systems, and inspection equipment.
• Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analyses and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate customer and regulatory audits while maintaining AS9100 compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of quality experience in an AS9100 or similarly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including cross-functional collaboration and organizational change management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automated and manual inspection equipment, blueprint reading, and GD&T interpretation.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and SPC.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
