Node.js Professionals (TypeScript)

Location: Onsite in Atlanta, Charlotte, New York, or New Jersey

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 base compensation

What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js, Apollo Server, TypeScript, and Mongoose.
• Develop production and coding-agent prompts for tools such as Devin, Claude, Copilot, and Codex.
• Implement OpenTelemetry tracing and consistent structured logging across services.
• Own service deployments on OpenShift using Helm and GitOps workflows.
• Apply secure service practices, including secret handling, mTLS, audit-trail emission, and preventing PII in logs.
• Work with GraphQL federation, SSE/WebSocket integrations, RBAC audit hooks, and PingFederate adapters.

Requirements

• Professional experience developing backend services with Node.js 20, Apollo Server 4, TypeScript, and Mongoose.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry tracing and structured logging standards.
• Experience deploying services with OpenShift, Helm, and GitOps.
• Strong understanding of security hygiene, including secrets management, mTLS, audit trails, and PII protection in logs.
• Ability to work onsite in the United States, including Atlanta, Charlotte, New York, or New Jersey.

Nice to have

• Experience with RBAC audit hooks, PingFederate adapters, SSE/WebSocket, or GraphQL federation.
