BlueCherry ERP Support Consultant (Apparel ERP)

Location: Remote, based in the United States; aligned with Eastern Time

hirify.global operates a vertically integrated B2B wholesale apparel business supported by BlueCherry ERP.

What you will do

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary contact for BlueCherry functionality across order management, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, EDI, and PLM.
• Translate requirements from sales operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service into configurations, workflows, reporting, and process designs.
• Own and improve wholesale processes including order-to-cash, EDI trading-partner onboarding, allocation, chargebacks, and account-level terms.
• Triage support issues, resolve functional questions, and escalate technical or engineering work when necessary.
• Manage the relationship with CGS, including tickets, upgrades, patches, and enhancement requests.
• Lead user training, documentation, change management, release evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience supporting or administering BlueCherry ERP or a comparable apparel or fashion ERP in a functional or business capacity.
• Direct experience in B2B or wholesale apparel or footwear, including order management, EDI, allocation, and chargebacks.
• Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, and PLM processes.
• Experience managing a technical vendor or implementation partner relationship.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and process design.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, communication, training, and documentation skills; comfortable operating at a director or senior-manager level.

Nice to have

• Previous experience at CGS or as a BlueCherry implementation or functional consultant.
• Familiarity with ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI standards.
• Exposure to Centric, YuniquePLM, Infor Fashion, or NGC.
