Oracle Simphony - Inventory Management - Workstream Lead (Oracle Simphony)

Salary: $73,150–$193,440 base compensation range per year

What you will do

• Own the Simphony Inventory workstream from planning and backlog definition through story refinement, sprint execution, readiness, and delivery.
• Lead global solution design for restaurant back-of-house processes, including ingredient management, recipe costing, yields, preparation, production, receiving, inventory counts, and waste.
• Translate culinary and operations requirements into user stories, configuration requirements, and scalable technology solutions.
• Oversee integrations between Oracle MICROS Simphony, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Retail, and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Lead configuration, testing, pilots, and wave deployments across multi-unit restaurants.
• Partner with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on deployment, training, adoption, controls, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or QSR technology, including inventory, POS, menu, or recipe systems.
• Hands-on expertise with Simphony Inventory and recipe costing.
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house processes, including preparation, receiving, inventory counts, modifiers, and waste management.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Experience integrating POS platforms with ERP and financial systems and delivering multi-unit restaurant rollouts.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle Retail, cost accounting, COGS, yield management, kitchen operations, and API or middleware platforms such as OIC, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
