Data Coordinator (Clinical Research)

Location: Office-based in Tokyo, Japan, with occasional work from home potentially available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Track and manage case report forms throughout clinical studies.
• Clean and update clinical databases, including generating and resolving data clarifications.
• Reconcile clinical data and maintain accurate study documentation.
• Perform quality control audits of clinical databases.
• Collaborate with clinical research professionals to support data integrity and trial success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or contract research organization setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Native or fluent Japanese and business-level English are required.
