Data Coordinator (Clinical Data)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; full-time office-based role

What you will do

• Track case report forms throughout clinical studies.
• Clean and update clinical trial databases.
• Generate and resolve data clarifications.
• Reconcile clinical data and maintain study documentation.
• Perform quality control audits of clinical databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• Strong attention to detail and working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Native or fluent Japanese and business English are required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
