Manager, EU Market Support

Location: Vienna, Austria; significant travel across European markets is expected.

What you will do

• Lead a small team of specialists supporting local market teams during disruptions and growth opportunities.
• Provide temporary planning and hands-on operational support to improve reliability, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as a regional expert and primary contact for strategically important markets facing significant challenges.
• Analyze market situations, identify effective solutions, and support their implementation with local teams.
• Address competitor activity, seasonal weather or demand impacts, and logistics-related measures affecting growth and profitability.
• Travel significantly to support markets where operational conditions are particularly challenging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Performance Management, PMO, Consulting, or Operations Excellence.
• Experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting complex datasets and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent project and program management, communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools.
