Logistics Supervisor (m/f/d)

Location: Wiener Neudorf, Austria; onsite

Salary: €35,126 gross annual base salary, with potential for a higher salary based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate Austrian warehouse teams, including shift planning, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Manage warehouse operations, transportation execution, carrier relationships, capacity, pickups, and issue escalation.
• Drive KPI performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.
• Own warehouse productivity and labor planning, standardize work, and improve throughput and cost per unit.
• Ensure delivery service levels, OTIF performance, customer commitments, and transportation-policy compliance.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of Transportation and Warehouse Management Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• More than five years of warehouse or logistics operations experience, including team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, ihirify.globalory management, FIFO principles, and barcode scanning systems.
• Experience with Lean principles, continuous improvement, ERP systems, preferably M3, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and German/Austrian required.
