What you will do

• Facilitate customer interactions throughout the loan process and product delivery lifecycle.
• Document customer inquiries, coordinate resolutions, generate referrals, and provide sales support.
• Process payments, wire transfers, account changes, overdrafts, and past-due account inquiries while following fraud-prevention protocols.
• Coordinate loan applications and operating line-of-credit renewals, including documentation, financial information, and customer signatures.
• Support office operations through invoice management, records retention, supplies, vendor coordination, facility requests, and pooled vehicle scheduling.

Requirements

• At least two years of customer service experience or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred associate degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers, prospects, visitors, and colleagues by phone, in person, and through digital channels.
• Ability to accurately manage financial documentation, monetary transactions, and loan-processing activities.
