What you will do

• Design and deliver features for security automation services operating across a large fleet of AWS accounts.
• Build capabilities for threat detection onboarding, continuous auditing, risk remediation, and automated incident response.
• Own operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, automation, documentation, and runbooks.
• Write thoroughly tested software and improve system resiliency, scalability, availability, and safety.
• Participate in on-call rotation, resolve high-severity incidents, and implement permanent fixes for recurring failures.
• Contribute to design and code reviews, post-incident analysis, mentoring, and collaboration with partner teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling considerations.
• Programming experience with Java, Python, or TypeScript.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a national of an EU Member State.
• Experience with software development life cycle practices, scalable production systems, databases, cloud technologies, testing, and operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with security automation, threat detection, or incident response tooling.
• Experience rapidly prototyping new systems and solutions.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
