Overview

Join a trading department focused on algorithmic and quantitative trading in the crypto space. No financial background required; training provided. Work aligns with Central European timezone.

What you will do

• Trade a wide range of financial instruments.
• Develop, maintain, and improve trading strategies and algorithms.
• Manage execution and risk of complex trading portfolios.
• Collaborate with IT developers on projects.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Graduated in 2022–2024, preferably in a STEM field
• 1–3 years coding experience with at least 1 year professional work.
• Strong mental arithmetic and analytical skills (tested).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Open to relocation to Dubai
