UI UX Designer

What you will do

• Develop UI, UX, graphic, and visual design concepts aligned with user needs, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
• Create interfaces, layouts, illustrations, graphics, digital assets, and print materials using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, development, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and preserve design integrity throughout development.
• Contribute to creative direction, design reviews, feedback, and the evolution of brand standards.
• Organize multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver work within agreed timelines using Jira and Agile workflows where applicable.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related creative discipline.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Production experience creating digital interfaces, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual assets, supported by a diverse portfolio.
• Understanding of user interface principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layouts, graphic fundamentals, web design, and print design.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with Agile, Jira, HTML, and CSS is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, visual arts, or a relevant creative field.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS for design implementation and developer communication.
