What you will do

• Design inclusive, high-quality product experiences from discovery through delivery.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into simple workflows and connected experiences.
• Lead design projects through problem framing, ideation, validation, and implementation.
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to shape product direction and deliver customer value.
• Improve visual craft, interaction design, usability, and the product design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing SaaS or digital products.
• Strong capabilities across UX and UI design, with excellent visual detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to simplify technically complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
• Experience using research, prototyping, customer feedback, and product data to validate decisions.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Fluent English and ability to work in a hybrid or onsite format within Switzerland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Digital Asset Management, media platforms, developer tools, or brand management products.
• Familiarity with Figma, FigJam, Maze, and ClickUp.
