Location: London or Geneva, with most collaboration taking place face-to-face in the office

What you will do

• Own the visual and interaction quality of one or more products from early concepts through production.
• Design intuitive interfaces for sophisticated privacy and security features.
• Build scalable visual systems covering typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, and iconography.
• Create meaningful motion, transitions, micro-interactions, icons, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Raise the design craft bar through execution, critiques, and contributions to the shared design system.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and engineers from problem framing through implementation and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft across real products, including typography, layout, interaction, and motion.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Experience building and evolving design systems.
• Experience designing motion and micro-interactions as part of production UI.
• High proficiency in Figma, from exploration to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

Nice to have

• Background in visual communication, graphic design, typography, illustration, or motion design.
• Portfolio work in illustration, iconography, or visual identity.
• Familiarity with frontend implementation and HTML and CSS constraints.
