What you will do

• Determine technical requirements for authentication and SIS integration with internal resources and end users.
• Assess and propose technical solutions based on customer needs and constraints.
• Provide consultation on best practices and efficiency improvements for internal teams and customers.
• Pilot and test new middleware software for data transfer between customer sources and Canvas.
• Own the technical solution from initial planning through to delivery and documentation.
• Develop custom tools to enhance workflow and productivity for the technical team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS-based implementations or technical support.
• Technical expertise with identity provider systems including CAS, SAML, LDAP, and OAuth.
• Proficiency with SQL and Relational Data Models.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with a programming language.
• Background working in higher education or K-12 environments.
