What you will do

• Develop authentic, high-impact YouTube-first concepts and scalable formats to drive organic channel growth.
• Combine data and audience insights with creative thinking to strengthen storytelling and video packaging.
• Manage the end-to-end content development process from early-stage ideation and scripting to publishing.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to share YouTube best practices across global markets and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creators, athletes, and international teams to maximize content performance and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end YouTube content production with a proven portfolio of audience growth.
• Expertise in scripting, shoot beats, and creating compelling YouTube-first concepts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of video production workflows and cameras.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube optimization, including thumbnails, titles, and audience retention strategies.
• Fluent English skills (C1+).
• Availability for travel 20-30% of the time.
