What you will do

• Lead cinematic productions from concept to final delivery, taking ownership of visual quality and on-set decision-making.
• Translate creative concepts into compelling cinematic content tailored to the unique identity of each brand and platform.
• Select and operate professional production tools, including RED Cinema, Sony cameras, and professional lighting/audio setups.
• Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, and VFX using DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop innovative video solutions for diverse platforms.
• Explore emerging filmmaking and social media technologies to push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Salzburg or Vienna, Austria
• Proven experience in leading high-end video productions and cinematic storytelling.
• Hands-on expertise with RED Cinema, Sony cameras, and professional lighting systems.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to capture high-quality footage and solve technical challenges in fast-paced environments.
• English: C1+ proficiency required as it is the primary company language
