What you will do

• Own product analytics across multiple products and user journeys.
• Design and maintain unified event tracking frameworks while ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Build end-to-end funnels and scale the A/B testing framework, including experiment design and analysis.
• Apply AI and LLM technologies to automate experiment analysis, anomaly detection, and product insights.
• Define product KPIs and build dashboards, reporting systems, and automated metric monitoring.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics.
• Experience with fintech, payments, crypto, Web3, or other transaction-heavy digital products.
• Proven experience building A/B testing frameworks from scratch and applying statistical methodology.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, plus experience with Amplitude, PostHog, GA4, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, or other cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or AWS.
• English at B2/C1 level required.

• Experience supporting high-scale B2C applications.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets.
