What you will do

• Lead the architecture and delivery of complex full-stack solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and platform integrations.
• Build and guide modern web experiences using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node, cloud services, REST, and GraphQL.
• Own technical deliverables from design through implementation, release, monitoring, and production validation.
• Improve scalability, performance, accessibility, security, reliability, observability, and critical customer journeys.
• Drive alignment across Product, XD, DevOps, Security, Data, Marketing, and partner engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and raise standards for architecture, testing, documentation, and operational readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong hands-on full-stack web development expertise.
• Deep experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, or similar frontend technologies.
• Strong backend development experience with Node, Java, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing REST and GraphQL APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
• Strong system design, architectural decision-making, web performance, accessibility, security, and reliability skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, production deployments, and influencing technical direction across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale web, commerce, marketing technology, or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with content management, experimentation, personalization, analytics, commerce checkout, micro-frontends, monorepos, or design systems.
• Experience with observability platforms, E2E automation, performance testing, or AI-assisted engineering workflows.
