What you will do

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage Thai-speaking affiliates across social media, streaming platforms, websites, and other traffic channels.
• Launch and scale the Thailand affiliate program from the ground up.
• Build partner relationships and provide daily communication and support.
• Analyze affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversions, and ROI to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms while monitoring market trends, competitors, and local user behavior.
• Ensure partner compliance and quality, collaborate with internal teams, and support other Southeast Asian markets when required.

Requirements

• Fluent Thai and English, spoken and written.
• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Southeast Asian markets, especially Thailand.

Nice to have

• Experience with streaming platforms, social media traffic, or performance marketing channels.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Exposure to iGaming, crypto, or similar industries.
