hirify.global is hiring for a client developing a scalable cybersecurity platform with extensive enterprise integrations and AI-powered security workflows.

What you will do

• Build and maintain production backend services in Go and design scalable REST APIs and internal microservices.
• Develop and operate integrations with more than 100 enterprise systems using REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and external services.
• Design event-driven architectures and reliable pipelines for security-data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
• Design multi-tenant PostgreSQL data models, schemas, indexes, and queries for operational and analytics workloads.
• Deploy and operate services in cloud environments, with GCP preferred, while improving monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Engineering on architecture decisions, platform reliability, and AI-powered security automation.

Requirements

• Strong professional backend software engineering experience building production APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go/Golang, or experience with Python, Java, or TypeScript combined with willingness to transition to Go.
• Strong relational database experience, ideally PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, asynchronous processing, and fault-tolerant system design.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours and reside in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Argentina. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with OAuth, message queues, distributed systems, high-volume data pipelines, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, cybersecurity, SIEM, identity and access management, or endpoint security platforms.
• Experience in startup or high-growth engineering environments.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications and workflows.
