What you will do

• Optimize and enhance high-speed switching devices to ensure they meet performance targets and customer requirements.
• Perform electrical validation and characterization (EVC) for advanced SerDes speeds and interconnects (CPC, CPO).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, architecture, packaging, and signal integrity teams.
• Execute validation for devices targeting AI, Data Center, Enterprise, and Carrier markets.
• Contribute as an individual contributor within the Physical System Engineering group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical validation.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed SerDes electrical validation (e.g., Ethernet, PCIe).
• Proficiency with lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes, BERT, and PPG.
• Experience writing code in Python.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
