Senior Service Engineer

What you will do

• Prepare, schedule, and monitor monthly preventive maintenance activities to ensure full completion across assigned equipment.
• Audit maintenance quality, analyze daily preventive-maintenance and breakdown reports, and develop action plans to reduce failures.
• Monitor corrective maintenance, breakdown response, troubleshooting rosters, planned shutdowns, and repair activities.
• Coordinate with clients on operational support, contractual requirements, property-damage repair claims, meetings, and technical presentations.
• Monitor spare-parts consumption, estimate requirements, identify cost-saving alternatives, and prepare client analysis reports.
• Review and update method statements and safe operating procedures, lead maintenance committee meetings, and coordinate service support stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in site engineering.
• Ability to operate specialized measuring and monitoring equipment and computer-based software.
• Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional working relationships with employees, supervisors, departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
