Data Analytics Hub Manager (Tableau/SQL)

Location: Remote from Heredia, Costa Rica

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of the Global Internal Audit Data Analytics Hub roadmap.
• Maintain integrations from enterprise systems and ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability.
• Design parameter-driven Tableau dashboards for self-service audit planning, testing, and reporting.
• Manage governance for analytics assets, including publication, documentation, knowledge management, and data retention compliance.
• Mentor Senior Data Analysts and improve data curation, analytics processes, and reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering initiatives in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or a similar governance environment.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources using SQL, APIs, and other connectivity methods.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SAS, or Python, including dashboard and data preparation workflow development.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
