What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute original, high-impact designs aligned with product and branding strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm innovative ideas and fresh perspectives.
• Manage projects independently from concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct research on competitors and target audiences to inform creative decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within an agency setting.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong typography, color theory, and visual communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Newport Beach, CA.
