What you will do

• Identify new markets and opportunities for end-to-end solutions across Latin America.
• Develop solution strategies across customer clusters and market segments.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.
• Promote and educate stakeholders on Axis software, hardware, and new technology solutions.
• Lead relevant product programs and technology directives while monitoring portfolio performance.
• Represent the portfolio at trade shows, seminars, webinars, academies, marketing events, and press engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, systems engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in the security industry, including complete network video solutions.
• Expertise in video management software, IT solutions, IT system architecture, IP cybersecurity, and IP-based operational solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT and IoT solutions, business positioning, and customer-segment strategy.
• Sales-oriented mindset combined with strong technical expertise.
• Fluent Spanish and English communication and presentation skills.
