Senior Service Delivery Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate operational service delivery and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and capacity management activities.
• Organize service reviews, performance reporting, and operational KPI monitoring.
• Chair operational bridges and coordinate recovery activities during service disruptions.
• Manage dependencies across service providers and technical teams.
• Maintain service documentation and ensure CMDB accuracy while driving continuous improvements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in IT operations or service delivery.
• Experience managing large-scale, business-critical IT services.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in ITIL-based environments.
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, SLA/KPI management, operational reporting, monitoring, and observability.
