TL;DR

Location: Remote, United States; periodic travel may be required.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise product optimization initiatives focused on operational efficiency, quality, customer experience, workflow simplification, and business performance.
- Develop lifecycle management frameworks for the test portfolio and supporting platforms.
- Establish product optimization and operations KPIs, executive dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics teams to automate operational reporting and insights.
- Identify bottlenecks, standardize workflows, and implement scalable governance and decision-making frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional process improvement, change management, and adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, Program Management, or related disciplines.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional enterprise-level programs or optimization functions.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Demonstrated success planning and delivering complex initiatives, leading kaizens, managing change, and building and improving processes.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to work in regulated healthcare, laboratory, quality, and compliance environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in diagnostics, genomics, laboratory services, healthcare technology, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare.
- Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, and FDA requirements.
- Master’s degree.
