Salesforce Business Transformation Director (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States; legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

What you will do

• Own business requirement validation and the approved Salesforce go-live scope baseline in Jira.
• Govern Salesforce workflows, scope changes, stakeholder decisions, and delivery risk without owning technical design.
• Establish master data governance, data quality thresholds, duplicate-resolution processes, and stewardship SLAs.
• Define UAT acceptance standards and classify defects as launch-blocking, mitigated, or deferred.
• Lead release readiness reviews and maintain scorecards covering operability, defects, data quality, cutover readiness, and risks.
• Make go/no-go recommendations and coordinate executive risk acceptance before deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, program management, or technology leadership, including 3+ years leading large-scale business transformation or system deployments.
• Experience owning end-to-end platform implementations or major technology rollouts, including go-live readiness, data migration, and post-deployment stabilization.
• Deep experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/ERP platforms, including configuration, workflow definition, and data models.
• Strong mastery of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks in multi-entity or mission-critical environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with data migration, integrations, and system architecture concepts.
• Executive presence and experience making binding decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes, cross-functional situations.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL or data integration tools.
• Background in operations, supply chain, field service management, or healthcare technology management.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or comparable scaled Agile frameworks.
